      Team members are good, everyone is cooperative

      Cons

      Manipulating and toxic culture. They don't follow any committments towards employee. No benefits for employees either. Changes business decisions frequently. They don't understand how marketing works.

      Pros

      Immediate finance team are lovely and departments outwith finance seem quite happy.

      Cons

      Finance management team are not so lovely. Cut throat atmosphere with London team running the show. Not the best place to work.

      Most people are really nice and they treat you well when you’ve been around a while.

      Cons

      Tough targets. Sometimes the art is a hard sell as it’s overly commercial. Change in commission structure demoralising staff.
