Pros
A lot of good people in rank & file. Good product, for the most part. Annual sales kick-off for sales and account management is extravagant, and the president's awards trips are slick - though the criteria to achieve it is not clear.
Cons
HR seems to exist to provide cover for the misconduct of senior managers and executives. That extends to the parent company. Overall, leadership is ethically questionable. Work/life balance depends on where you sit. Sales, generally, has it good. Most other departments seems to be stretched thin.
