Toxic Work Environment and lot of gossips. Slow progression due to old employees who has outdated beliefs and thinking. Discrimination of Old regular employees towards Job Orders and Contractuals. Discrimination, less job opportunities, career progression towards administrative roles (Some only respect people that have PRC license)
