Pros

This company has been great since I started two years ago. SOOO many things to mention, I was an introvert when I started and blossomed into a "people person." From having a great team to work with and helping each other, to even "gelling" as a team. ProCare takes care of its employees by covering outings for the team or giving incentives for their hard work. Either way, ProCare will make you feel appreciated. ProCare is family oriented and cares for their patients. While I may feel overwhelmed with my daily tasks at times, I can always rely on my team members for help. At each ProCare clinic I've worked in, I have created good friendships along the way. I plan to continue my career at ProCare.

Cons

Communication. Sometimes we get so busy and forget to communicate or share important announcements / detailed information that other staff members need to know.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at Pro-Care Injury Specialists. From day one, the culture made it clear that this is a team that truly treats each other like family. Leadership and coworkers are supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed. One of the things that stands out most is the collaborative environment and strong team mentality. There’s a real “no one left behind” attitude—people step in to help each other, share knowledge, and make sure everyone has what they need to do their job well. Pro-Care also offers great opportunities for growth and development. If you’re willing to learn and put in the effort, there are plenty of chances to expand your skills and take on new responsibilities. It’s a place where hard work is recognized and professional development is encouraged. Overall, it’s a positive, supportive workplace with a strong culture, great teamwork, and leadership that values its people.

Cons

The A/C is always running & the office is often too cold. :/
