Pros

• Head office has a good canteen • Flexible with WFH days

Cons

• Diversity and inclusion in the marketing team is very poor and not celebrated or prioritised. This lack of knowledge and enthusiasm also informs their shoots so I was part of some very uncomfortable conversations as the only POC. • No support from teams for new starters, questions to most make you seem incapable and aren’t welcomed. • Bullying and domination is encouraged in order to succeed. • No performance feedback or forward planning in regards to my role. I was left to figure a lot out on my own with no senior support whilst others were supported. • Poor communication and team infrastructure meaning that everyone is last minute and stressed which then apparently becomes your problem. • Apparently there is an I in team at Tesco because nobody wants to work collaboratively unless they need something from you.

Pros

The only pro's are the RGA fellow coworkers. The team atmosphere you create is what you need to last in this company.

Cons

Lack of communication, there's no consistency at all. Expected to work full shifts with no break. Do as I say not as I do attitude from upper management.
