Pros
* More resources to go to if I had any questions. * I was able have Teams meetings with certain departments if I had issues with catching on to new processes. * I learned new ways to utilize our ERP system that were very beneficial.
Cons
* Lack of structure, organization, and communication. * HR doesn't take complaints as seriously as they should. When a complaint is filed, the person(s) filing isn't spoken to directly but instead the persons bosses are spoken to instead when they don't even know anything happened or the facts in regard to the complaint. * Company annual raises are extremely small. * You don't feel listened to, and at times you feel that you have a target on your back and do not understand why.
