Pros

Great company to work for looks out for the employees!! The CEO is top level!! Cleaning up the company to make us a better business able to survive and thrive!! There is more improvements that are needed but Rome wasn’t built in a day!

Cons

Toxic managers that want to be one way to your face but quick to sell you up the creek and back the bus over you.

Pros

EaglePicher has been a great place to work. Pay is great and there are opportunities for promotion. The benefits are better than most in the area and PTO is generous as well. Under the new owners there is also what they call performance sharing and that has a big impact on my family and other employees. Leadership from the CEO Steve and some VP level are great with communication on the future. They also been better with holding people accountable on their teams. That has been a good change since there are always bad apples that past owners and leadership have not wanted to do anything about. Everyone I work with has had good things to say since Steve came back as CEO to help turn EPT around from its old ways. Since EPT was bought a couple years ago new ownership has taken the right steps to change old habits that hurt EPT in the past. It’s been a good place to work under the new CEO and ownership team. They have put lots of money into new buildings and equipment that has been outdated. It’s been nice to get some new equipment.

Cons

Some Director level and others feel they are untouchable because they have employed for so long without accountability for their actions and bad performance but that seems to be changing in the right direction with new ownership. Vending Machine people’s cost could improve
