Pros

You get paid - but not what you’re worth.

Cons

A senior leadership team who live in an echo chamber. Frequent surveys to tick the box of asking for staff feedback. An office that’s falling apart with a complete lack of adequate workspaces. Frequently get rid of staff (whether by redundancy or other methods) while continuing to hire under qualified staff and pay for agencies. If you were to take ChatGPT away for most of the senior leadership team they wouldn’t know what day it was. Don’t apply here if you’re looking for career progression, respect or to be valued.
