The environment is good. Company activities and as much as possible, they provide work life balance

1. If you will be handled by a team lead who is not with the same floor, brace yourself. Most of them are micromanaging especially those who are working in Malaysia. Not sure if they are insecure on the performance of the manila team Management allows illicit affair (OM and Tl), and team leads who have family on their own. HR who handles cases with grievances are not qualified. One of the are nursing graduate but on reality, it should be handled by a psychology graduate and already practicing hr works. Gossiping the confidential issues are just being discussed in the pantry. How professional they are. Promotions are just backer basis. You will be promoted even the so called team lead only knows 1 process (payments). Management got worse when they all promoted to Operation managers. Much better to be on the other company rather to this one.
