      About half of the people in the company are lovely, the mission is strong, and the work is engaging

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible. There is no HR department and that is for a reason. There is rampant sexual harassment, threats of physical abuse, and constant negative energy

      Amazing people, amazing product. Most coworkers are serious but fun people who are willing to work together

      Cons

      Management rewards people who "look busy" and take credit from others over actually hardworking people. Many managers prefer ego-boosting over honestly
