Poor treatment of staff and loopholes in contract Teacher's Day trip was mandatory Very heavy workload, a lot of physical and emotional labour Lesson plan is not achievable and not suitable for age group as it is idealistic Working with kids can be fun yet exhausting Frequently sick due to air conditioning that is very cold and no air ventilation, and children getting sick often (HFMD, flu) Didn't agree with the teaching methods The floor was very dirty and unhygienic Too many kids, each class about 15 kids, about 300-400 in total Often half day on Saturday is required for child care Some colleagues worked 12 hours for 6 and a half days The work experience left me in a bad shape
