Pros
Working in the customer service team here is actually really rewarding. I spend my day helping people who are in their hearing aid trials or already bought hearing aids. Being the one to solve their tech challenges or answer their questions is a great feeling. You’re literally helping people reconnect with the world. The team is great and we help each other out. It doesn’t feel like a typical "call center" vibe—it’s much more supportive and human. Management is approachable.
Cons
It can get pretty busy, and sometimes the tech side of hearing aids can be a bit of a learning curve for new people. You definitely have to be a "people person" to handle the busier days.
