Working here was such a frustrating experience due to the lack of structure and accountability within the company. Communication was terrible, expectations were vague, roles weren't clearly defined, management didn't know what it was doing, and the leadership focused on pointing fingers at people instead of actually trying to find solutions. I felt exhausted and burnt out throughout my tenure at Kelly Products, and I working at the company didn't make me feel secure at all, so I decided to leave and look for opportunities somewhere else.
