Cons
Management clearly have no idea what they’re doing and have zero people-management skills. There is absolutely nowhere to raise issues, no matter how serious, and HR are inconsistent, ineffective, and change their position depending on what suits them at the time. People are treated badly on a regular basis and management somehow get away with it. If you raise any concerns, you’re immediately labelled awkward or difficult, which shuts down any chance of honest feedback. Senior technical leadership including a delusional manager who calls himself the games delivery CTO is completely ineffective, shows no respect for the teams reporting in, causes ongoing delivery problems, and makes working life miserable for everybody involved.
