      Work from home flexibility. Employee discount was nice.

      Antiquated systems. Leadership that is all talk but has no clue about the business. Poor pay relative to the market. Non-existent bonus.

      Pros

      Great people, flexible Fridays, most of the company is remote (depending on the team). Friendly and caring CEO.

      Cons

      They just removed PTO payouts so be sure to use them if you're planning on leaving the company.
