There are honestly no cons from my perspective.

There are some good people *trying* to do good work there. I feel validated by the other reviews on this site.

I was micromanaged. It would be a whole meeting (multiple times) to go over word choices. There was no support when something was accidentally missed by the team, only punishment. Don't you dare ask for professional development to keep your qualifications. I was yelled at in meetings or in public locations; actually screamed at and I wish I was exaggerating and no, it was not one person. I was yelled at by multiple managers and directors who are still there. Goals were a constant moving target. I didn't even have goals at one point or even a job description. Other managers other than mine would give me work and I didn't know what my priorities are. Don't take initiative but also, why didn't you take initiative? It was terrible leadership with conflicting signals.
