There are very few, if any, redeeming qualities about this workplace.

The work environment is far from the "fun and collaborative" atmosphere they claim. There is a severe lack of communication, with no regular check-ins or performance plans, showing little to no concern for employee well-being. The office environment is isolating, with employees forced to come in only to sit alone at their computers. Leadership is highly ineffective, with two out of three owners contributing little to the company’s operations. The owners have been known to make crude remarks, including referring to past clients in derogatory terms. One owner has displayed inappropriate behavior, including maintaining questionable social media accounts and making comments about young women in the office. The company has received poor Google reviews, and rather than addressing the issues, they work to hide the negative feedback. There is a glaring need for a Human Resources department to address these issues. During an interview, they laughed and failed to answer a question about diversity, demonstrating a complete lack of understanding or respect for the topic. One owner is known to consistently lie to both clients and employees, creating a toxic and dishonest work environment. (also uses AI to come up with business plans minutes before meeting with the client). The company’s largest client is extremely toxic, and despite this, every employee and owner has expressed negative opinions about them while continuing to work with them, contributing to the overall toxic atmosphere.
