Pros

There are so many pros! I really like the way learning is prioritized and fostered! I love the strong culture of collaboration and problem solving. The company culture in general is spectacular! Leadership is ten out of ten! It's easy to be motivated when the leaders you're working for are amazing. They mean what they say and do. I enjoy the autonomy with my work and schedule. I also really like being able to work remote

Cons

The only con is that I sometimes miss in-person collaboration. But that is a small price to pay for the flexibility of getting to work remotely!

Pros

Great culture — positive, supportive, and friendly; people celebrate successes and give praise Employees are collaborative and quick to help; everyone works hard and jumps in when needed Very supportive of continuous education — provides courses, training, and invests in tools that make the team better Leadership is transparent, provides clear vision, and leads by example; they wouldn't ask you to do anything they wouldn't do themselves Clear path for growth that is actively recognized and rewarded Trusted to get your work done — no micromanagement Remote and flexible work environment

Cons

Fast-paced environment - But not bad to work hard with good people and supportive leadership

Pros

This company provides a lot of balance and autonomy. Being in a growing remote setting gives you the opportunity to complete your work at any given time without a lot of the red tape you would find a larger institutions. There is plenty of room for career advancement as well - as the company grows (which it's been doing) new doors open constantly. It's a very open door culture where anyone in any department is looking for a way to chip in and help you.

Cons

It's a remote setting so you lose the comradery that comes along with an in person roll so it may feel isolating from time to time.
