Great colleagues, insightful and very competent bosses. There is always something to learn every time you work on a campaign or a project. Very agile business.

Definitely not a good place if you want something quiet. Always something new to work on. Come to think about it, this can be a pro as well.

Company does recognize talent as well as bad hats. Getting rid of bad hats readily ..leaving no stone unturned in order to keep the morale up.

Should have given the correct opportunity and position to the right people instead of recognizing people who ain't good enough but think that they are talented.
