Great mission of helping retirees - Retirement Planner Golden Reserve Employee Review

There are many pros that I can list to working here at Golden Reserve. I'll start with the ability to keep a work-life balance. It is encouraged for us to have a work-life balance. Additionally, my co-workers become like a second family, and so do our clients. We build relationships with everyone around us to the point that going to work does not feel like actual work at times. There is so much room for growth and promotion within the company. We offer so much opportunities in many of our departments. This was another key item that geared me into taking a role with Golden Reserve.

There are two things I can point out as cons. The day to day can some times feel repetitive with similar tasks. Also, there are times where we get very busy and you must prioritize your own work, and time manage well to be able to complete your tasks. If you are unable to keep up with this, I would consider it a con.

Working alongside a team of talented, supportive, and driven individuals. Being challenged in a dynamic environment that encourages growth and development. Celebrating each other's successes, both professionally and personally. Operating in a culture of trust and accountability rather than micromanagement. Participating in company events that strengthen relationships and team culture. Enjoying dedicated summer and winter breaks that support work-life balance. Collaborating with people who genuinely care about the quality and impact of their work. Being part of an organization that continuously seeks opportunities to improve and is committed to implementing meaningful change.

Limited number of company-observed federal holidays. Need to enhance cultural awareness and inclusivity across the organization. Limited flexibility during inclement weather events
