Incredible, patient-centered physical therapy facilities and staff utilizing treatment philosophies and clinical methods that ensure results and promoting the strongest possible return to functioning for their patients. After having experienced a variety of other settings over the past few years, it is quite eye-opening to better understand just how wonderful this establishment truly is. I always felt heard from all aspects of staffing and management. This company supported me heavily during two major and different life events I had experienced while employed there. I never felt that I ever had to worry about anything if something unexpected were to happen. Mentorship and training was top notch for the aide-related roles. Therapy staff are immensely knowledgeable and true inspirations for aspiring therapists. Staff ensured that I was executed my role correctly, and provided constructive feedback when appropriate. Encouraged me to be active and participate and various aspects of sessions as I was an aspiring DPT at the time. Owners, HR, management, also provided excellent support, encouragement, and recommendation for having support staff interested in pursuing professional opportunities in that setting. Decently equipped facilities. Good locations for all clinics.

Not too many cons from my role itself. Seemed that at times other staff had frustrations with clarity of certain communications but this was heard in passing and not specific to me.

This is a company that truly care about making an impact on clients’ health and fitness: One on one care ensures maximal connection between my patients and I; movement based treatment method navigates me to achieve the best functional outcomes. We do track objective functional measurements frequently, but more important than the scores, patients’ improvement and gratefulness give me the best feedback. I feel purposeful working here, and that motivates me to show up at work everyday with a big smile. I’m in general slow in typing, but a new EMR system will shorten my documentation time. There is also a bonus structure that rewards me financially each mouth if I reach my productivity goals.

You do need to study a new treatment method when you join the company, but you will have time to learn and mentorship.
