Pros

The product sounds great in theory — still working through the “actually working consistently” part. The market opportunity is huge… which is fortunate, because the company definitely isn’t lacking demand.

Cons

Customer churn is extremely high, which makes selling an ongoing exercise in managing frustrated clients and walking back expectations. There’s a clear gap between what’s promised and what’s consistently delivered. They fired their brand-new Chief Sales Officer shortly after she helped scale the team — which says plenty on its own. Leadership hired aggressively, then turned around and fired many of those same reps weeks or months later with no real ramp or structured performance improvement process. It’s a revolving door. Several of those reps left strong jobs to come here and were let go almost immediately. Revenue seems to rely on two people while most reps are effectively appointment setters waiting for leadership to step in and close their deals. That’s not a scalable sales org — it’s key-man dependency. Overall, the environment feels chaotic and unstable — high churn, high turnover, and leadership decisions that suggest the fundamentals are still being figured out in real time.
