The biggest issue is the CEO’s leadership and management style. There is very little coordination, planning, or consistent presence. Communication tends to happen only when something is wrong, often in a harsh or critical tone rather than in a constructive way. Deadlines are frequently unrealistic and imposed without understanding the actual scope of the work. The CEO is often absent from the process, but when involved, it is usually to pressure the team rather than support it. Payments are also super delayed, which creates unnecessary stress for people who depend on timely compensation to meet their financial responsibilities.
