Decent crew of guys to work with in the field. Company car, gas card, phone, and tablet.
Cons
Upper management is out of touch. Current CEO Mat R. is unfortunately a very dishonest person. He will say, and act a certain way in your presence - then behind closed door is the complete opposite. The only thing the company is focused on due to his leadership objectives is to open new branches and expand to new markets. This is being done without any actual plan for how those branches will be setup. Hours are incredibly inconsistent - some days you will only have 1 job to go to. Others you will be working 7am-9pm or later. Sales system that is used is incredibly outdated, and run through a third party company that does in house training once a month - often ineffective and incredibly expensive.
