Where to start... there are systemic issues with senior management not taking accountability for recurring issues with harassment, a troubling drinking culture, HR not taking feedback seriously, and not listening to the thoughts of employees despite incessant surveys.
I have first hand been on the receiving end of inappropriate advancements by senior men at the agency, and over half of the women I worked alongside had similar experiences. It's like the dirty secret of the agency that everyone knows about but nothing is ever addressed. Being an agency with a large portion of the workforce being younger women, met with several men in top senior positions, you can feel that your worries won't be taken seriously, and that is the reality; the CEO knows about this but still doesn't do anything to make it a psychologically safe place to work, alongside HR not listening (probably due to the head of HR being friends with some of those causing these issues).
Having a social aspect to work is fun and important, but when there is a heavy reliance on this being fuelled by alcohol, it causes a vacuum for these issues to persist.
The "no job title" thing seems like a benefit at first, and also is spoken about a lot by the agency, but it causes confusion when it comes to career progression and understanding where you fit in external roles outside of the agency.
