They lay-off people every year, while wondering why the company has a bad vibe, poor culture and everyone feels overworked. High turn-over and poor culture due to poor and greedy head management, constant lay offs, too much enrolment pressure leading to burn-out, understaffing and unrealistic expectations. Criticism of Sr. management bleeds down to blame the employees and sadly puts more pressure on everyone else.
