      Benefits, bonus, colleagues, hybrid for some people

      Cons

      Culture is bad especially in some community care places. All you get is scolded and scolded and scolded even when you do your work and everything on time. Things are just so hectic and there is no proper direction. Same program is done with different names and senior management is just deluded to think that everything is ok and just pushing without appreciation.

      Pros

      Most depts have WFH. If you know how to play your boss and get your work done on time, can have a lot of flexibility to make real life arrangements. Usual healthcare benefits of perf bonus and AWS, but nothing special

      Cons

      Attrition is high, every few months got people leaving. More prevalent in operations -related roles. Bosses expect you to rise to the level they need, but never care about promoting you unless you threaten to leave or they ownself got promotion so they are in a good mood. Poaching from other departments or other institutions within NUHS very common.
