Pros

You’ll learn to adapt quickly because structure is optional here.

Cons

Turnover is high enough to disrupt continuity, and the workload redistribution rarely comes with meaningful support or clear direction. Communication gaps are routine rather than exceptions, and these breakdowns consistently affect project quality, timelines, and overall team efficiency. The result is an environment where people are constantly compensating for structural issues instead of being able to focus on doing their best work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we understand that perceptions may vary, it’s important to clarify that structure is not optional within the organization. Defined processes, communication frameworks, and leadership alignment initiatives are firmly in place and continue to be strengthened to support operational consistency and clarity. Turnover and workload transitions are managed through established protocols and process flows, and we continue refining these to promote greater stability, efficiency, and team support. Although individual experiences differ, the company’s ongoing direction demonstrates a strong emphasis on maintaining structured processes, clear guidance, and consistent leadership alignment.

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the coffee and lunches. As for the slow days — those are the exception, not the rule. Our teams stay consistently busy, and we’re always driving meaningful work and momentum.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all employee comments seriously; however, the statement regarding “100% utilization” is inaccurate and does not reflect how our organization actually operates. While we appreciate the positive comments about schedule flexibility and team support, we need to address the statement regarding “100% utilization,” which is simply not accurate. Our utilization expectations are designed to be both realistic and sustainable, taking into account non-billable responsibilities such as training, internal collaboration, planning, and professional development. We do not expect, nor do we support, employees operating at a constant 100% utilization level, as that would not be conducive to long-term performance or well-being. We are actively investing in leadership development, communication, and retention initiatives to build a strong, consistent environment for our teams.
