Pros
You can get any designation without experience. Be an obedient pet, push others to work all day, night, weekend; without voice.
Cons
5 days office: Fraud begins with onboarding - was told of hybrid work, was initially given WFH, later got to know only new hires are given first month or so WFH and then forced to attend in office 5 days a week.
Frequent layoffs: every month few folks are (silently) gone; they keep skimming (mostly) seniors folks and rotate with younger crowd for cost cutting.
Fake promises: Any promises of compensation revisits will surely not be fulfilled. "Manager" talk random
bs as an excuse. Eg: saying someone is not punctual while they are rarely late; saying someone took too many leave even if that haven't taken any in months.
Toxic growth curve: Only approach to grow here is being a pet, do everything without asking questions and keep pulling nighters, or better: force juniors to do so. Seniors are constantly asked to push juniors for late night work, calls etc.
Random promotions: People with 4yrs of experience can be EM here only if you soullessly push younger crowd to pull overnighters.
No salary slab definition - practice of hiring on random salary and firing once they find cheaper person.
