I’ve been with Poli Construction for 15 years, and in that time I’ve seen firsthand the opportunities for growth and development. I started as a carpenter and worked my way up to General Foreman, which shows the company’s commitment to promoting from within. The work is challenging and rewarding, with a variety of projects that build real skills and allow you to take pride in quality craftsmanship. The team is strong and supportive, leadership is approachable and listens to feedback, and the company offers a solid benefits package. While Poli Construction is a great place to grow, it’s not without its challenges. Communication between teams can sometimes be inconsistent, and as the company continues to grow, some processes are still being refined. High expectations can create pressure at times, and field work — including carpentry tasks — can be physically demanding and occasionally require long or night shifts. Weather and project deadlines can also add unpredictability to the schedule.
