There are none at this point.
They use to have good people, and a strong company social engagement, but all the good people either escaped or were "made redundant", and they don't even have company events anymore.
Example: for Christmas they had they had no bonuses, no gifts, and not even a company event.

Routine redundancies (very unpleasant to never know if you or one of your team members are next)

Suffocating endless processes and overhead
Constant changing priorities and requirements
Poor advancement opportunities
