Pros
Overall, a very positive experience and chapter in my career.
A genuinely supportive and high-performing environment, with lots of opportunities to grow if you bring the right attitude and drive. You’re encouraged to shape your own development and explore the areas you’re most interested in, with leadership open to trying new ideas and building new capabilities to support that.
The pace of work means you’re exposed to a wide range of clients, industries, and stakeholders (both internal and external), which accelerates learning and keeps the work varied and engaging. You also get to work with smart, thoughtful colleagues across all levels of the business and play a role in upskilling others - there’s a strong sense that development isn’t confined to a single track, people are encouraged to stretch themselves.
It's a great place for ambitious professionals who want to develop quickly, contribute meaningfully and be part of a team that values growth, interesting/impactful client work and continuous improvement.
Cons
As a growing agency, there are some natural teething challenges that come with rapid expansion and evolving priorities/offerings. At times, having more clearly defined processes and greater transparency around how certain things are done would be beneficial. That said, this is very much a by-product of growth rather than a negative culture (and it also creates opportunities for people to help shape and improve ways of working).
