You’ll get the hours during the summer it is really busy It’s very easy to move up (most managers were 17-21) If you’re young, you’ll get along with most of the staff
Cons
You’ll get sick from the kids and equipment, you'll stay late every night which can be exhausting for some (past midnight), and you won’t get paid for your legal breaks.
