Pros

Good learning environment for young nurses only if you’re ready to overlook a lot of unsettling events.

Cons

1) Most nurses working for them are depressed due to management policies, threat to their careers by senior management and a wicked HR. 2) It’s like a cult, you can’t leave even if you’re dying. Nurses leave after max of 1 year because of harsh treatment by management. You can’t find more than 7 nurses that has stayed for 2yrs +. 3) Nurse to patient ratio is poor for the care they provide yet they’d whitewash patients to believe otherwise and force nurses to do the hectic job 4) recent reports shows that their nurses pay them off for their freedom if eventually their mental health is almost off the roof, thanks to new draconian contracts you have to sign. 5) immediately after sending your resignation, be ready for direct and indirect attack and possibly a lawsuit threat if you decide to go when you’ve had enough. 6) There’s no reference even after you’ve dedicated your life to them. Only 2 or two people have ever received references 7) employees pretend to love and adore the CMD and senior managers to get soft landing because failure to do so means frustration at slight harmless errors. 8) They brag to have their former employees now working abroad, it’s all individual hardwork by those people, Regions will never support you if you’re leaving for a better life. It’s rare and all for optics if they eventually do. 9) Few managers there take advantage of young nurses and ask them for sexual favors/relationship, failure to give in means frustrations directly or indirectly. 10) Conduct an investigation, 90% of former employees left frustrated. NMCN need to look into the well-being of the nurses. 11) finally this is an honest review, overlook it and sign that work contract at your own peril
