Pros
°if you are working with the devices, the work environment is usually really chill °Most people are really friendly and will train you and teach you as much as you need °You are mostly assigned to one role, but sometimes they will give you an opportunity to try other roles. Depending on your performance and how much you like it, you might be able to switch from your current position to another °If you are good at your job they usually (not always though) will consider you to work during weekends, ofc it counts as overtime ° there are very nice events that go on very frequently! I remember they brought ice cream a couple times + brought a whole a-- truck one time! and when it was my birthday, they got me a cake, they are very kind with that
Cons
° The warehouse is very tiring, if you have a physical disability (which was my case at one time) it's gonna be a hard time for you, they won't literally let you sit until it's break time, although people are usually considerate and will let u take a break if you need it, but yk, corps don't care ° As I mentioned before, they will give you an opportunity to try other roles as well, however, be mindful that the more you know, the more they will take advantage of you. They might give you higher quotas and if your coworkers are not doing nothing, it's gonna be on you °People are usually friendly, but at the time I worked, there was usually a strange heated rivalry between morning and afternoon shift, although I think it's common °if you are delivering computer parts, be mindful that computer techs will rely on you for pretty much everything they need for that area. It's not usually a bad thing, but when you run out of supplies and have to restock, oh boy, they will get impatient
