Most days felt like trying to do a job no one properly explained. Expectations changed out of nowhere, updates came late or not at all, and half the information I needed showed up only after it was already relevant. Training was basically a quick overview followed by “you’ll figure it out,” which would’ve been fine if the processes didn’t shift every other week. The work itself wasn’t the issue — it was doing it with missing pieces and hoping you guessed right. After a while, the constant confusion just became part of the routine.
