Pros

- The wlb is good in most of the teams but it heavily depends on the manager. - The learning is not phenomenal but somewhat decent.

Cons

- A lot of cost-cutting going on recently and there's zero appraisal.

Pros

- Culture - Atmosphere - Good looking office

Cons

Low salaries and bonuses in comparison to the market. Completly no option to grow, not only regarding promotions but also complete lack of trainings. Every year budget for trainings is lower and lower unfortunately. Weak branding in PL in combination with increasing office days makes SG less interesting employer for talents in the market, which is a shame because it used to be a great employer A lot of absurd narrative lately- it is just visible on each stage that employer wants people to "rotate"

Pros

1. Stable Work Environment 2. Helpful Colleagues 3. Clear goals and work objectives 4. Good Work-Life balance 5. While they do not implement the full French work Culture in India, the good aspects do trickle over time to time. 6. Managers will only demand a clear plan for your vacations. They will never ask for reasons behind leaves. If you have planned ahead of time and informed your manager of the same, you will get your leave without a hiccup. Sudden leaves (not counting Sick or Bereavement Leaves) will, however, be subject to team availability as most teams require atleast 50% workforce to be present at all times. 7. Almost in all teams, you get to interact with employees of different countries and cultures, as most teams are actually mixed and are often split between geographies. Although I am new and yet to experience, you do get to travel a lot to France or Romania

Cons

1. Stagnant Salaries. 2. Indian managers disregard French work culture and try to impose indian work ethics. 3. During CTC negotiations, they will always lowball you; they never pay you for your skill level, but just based on your previous salary. 4. Reducing workplace flexibility day by day 5. Outdated equipment and musical chairs for office space. 6. Recent management changes have shown that cost-cutting tendencies are on the rise. 7. Right now, company policies are made to weed out people who want flexibility and more independence or need WFH due to familial responsibilities, and layoffs might start occurring soon.
