      Good branch Management Good Training and education to the new team Offered sales and promotion items

      Cons

      They especially the marketing management dont really like paying people, today its shares sold, tomorrow its funded accounts Keep recommendations to yourself they would rather remain old school Be weary od directors they can and will dismiss you at will They are not there to make your work simple. Physical forms once you register a client you have to go back to the branch que like other customers to get your client registered They dont offer allowances if you need to visit a client at their workplace or home its under your bill

Colleagues are cooperative and the work environment promotes professionalism.

      They pay fairly well as compared with Saccos of the same nature. Good for career start.

      Cons

      A lot of nepotism in their culture. Daughters are answerable to their fathers here. Not the best place for career growth.
