Pros

Very fast-paced and ambitious culture with a lot of smart, motivated people. It’s a great environment if you enjoy solving problems and taking ownership. Leadership encourages new ideas and there’s a lot of opportunity to grow as the company continues to scale.

Cons

Like many companies in a strong growth phase, some operational processes and teams are still being built out. Things can move quickly and priorities shift, so it helps to be adaptable and comfortable in a startup-style environment.

Pros

A high-growth company offering a fast track for career advancement. Leadership is highly engaged, providing real-time, actionable feedback on the floor. The environment is competitive and driven, perfect for those motivated to build and scale accounts. Due to the company's lean size, high performers are granted significant ownership early on, allowing associates to develop a more versatile skillset than they would at larger expert networks. It's a great culture to be a part of with great people.

Cons

We’re running out of seats in the office

Pros

A fun place with a lot of other post grads. The people are awesome. Good pay if you do well

Cons

So much is done for show. Be early, stay late, all for show. The management is not properly trained and does often not know how to incentive employees. There is SO much negative reinforcement (mess up, lose bonus money, etc) and rarely positive feedback. Treated like a student a lot of the time. They tell you to not talk so much to coworkers or you can't eat lunch in certain areas of the office. If you absolutely need a job and want to move to NYC, take it. But the turnover is insane. Also, company used to be called Capvision so look at glassdoor for that company. Rebranded early 2026. I left and took a job with lower pay (as did a lot of people I know) simply cause I was so done.
