Solid Entry-Level Sales Role with Real Earning Potential - Appointment Setter Southern National Roofing Employee Review

Pros

You truly control your income – base pay + commission + bonuses means if you're consistent and good at talking to people, you can make well over the advertised $30k–$60k range (company claims average >$53k based on reviews). Top setters crush it. Paid training is provided, and it's pretty thorough (though intense at first). They teach scripts and techniques that actually work for setting roof inspection appointments.

Cons

It's door-to-door / in-person canvassing in neighborhoods – lots of walking, talking to strangers, handling rejection daily. Not for the faint of heart or introverts. Training is hard for a reason.

Pros

Great base pay, hours, culture, training, commission, high probability of internal promotion, culture. Awesome foot in the door into a long-term sales career. Training is paid, and in depth.... Well worth the week!

Cons

Entry level, hard work but well worth it.
