Pros
Work can be easy in theory, especially on more relaxed days when there are few customers and no incidents. The music playing can also add a nice ambiance while working.
Cons
Training:
Can become hectic fairly quickly, and you're expected to deal with anything that comes your way, even without proper training. While some things were fairly straightforward and "easy," some situations could've gone smoother had employees been more prepared.
Work Life:
The time-off policy wasn't that great. It was pretty much hoping for good luck if you needed to get a shift covered or go on vacation. And you're expected to be flexible with your schedule, meaning potential for weekend and holiday shifts.
