Pros
The people here are one of the biggest highlights, everyone is so friendly, approachable, and always willing to support one another. I have not come across one 'tricky' person/colleague when working here for the past 5 years. Everyone is a delight and so supportive.
There’s a real sense of teamwork across the firm, and it creates a lovely culture where you feel valued and included. This is also a massive credit to the colleagues employed by the firm.
The quality of case work is good, which makes the role both interesting and rewarding. It’s a great place to develop professionally (I have been promoted 3 times in 5 years and doubled salary in 5 years). I do think that management are very supportive and approachable, and they take the time to recognise hard work and contributions. This is through 121s and shout-outs on internal platforms.
Another big benefit is the flexibility in working arrangements, which really helps with maintaining a good work–life balance, especially when have children/dependants/less travel. Overall, it’s a supportive environment where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. I do feel valued and appreciated at the firm.
Cons
I cannot think of anything worth noting.
