Great environment, music, friendly people, lots of little perks. The company is big on friendly people - no drama or attitudes. Also no drugs. So all of the negative reviews are from the people who showed up with bad attitudes and didn't abide by the no drug policy. The people that work here - love it.

It is fast pace and physical. So you have to be able to do the physical work - which if you are active is not a con at all!

I can't think of any pros, unless you are in desperate need of a paycheck

I was only given an interview because I have a woman's name (this was admitted to me almost 1 year into employment,) the boss will openly drink in the shop and often give his employees (including underage) alcohol on the clock, but has a strict drug policy. If they like you, they will make you feel important and use you until you're not longer capable of the same levels of productivity due to poor workload management, then they will dispose of you.
