At times, the workload can become demanding, requiring strong time management and adaptability to handle shifting priorities effectively. Additionally, balancing administrative responsibilities with operational tasks can sometimes be challenging. Despite these, the experience provided valuable learning opportunities and helped strengthen my ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations.

Over promise by senior leadership in the beginning during training and under deliver after. They project that all is good but actually it’s not. Various trainings which I thought would be done by external providers are actually done in house by senior leadership themselves.
