Pros
Best products in the industry, a lot of resources, decent culture (but very manager and team dependent). Great training and onboarding for new hires.
Cons
This company has completely lost sight of who they are. What was once a fantastic company-wide culture with excitement and energy has collapsed into a struggling arm of a pharma giant who is grasping for air to stay afloat in a highly competitive industry. Constant turnover in C-suite leadership, reorganizations, failed product launches, fixing things that aren’t broken, and complete lack of transparency. Constantly telling employees they want to listen to their input and feedback with little to no improvement. More work for the same pay every year. Quotas continue to climb and have changed the business strategy from strategic account partners to “hit your number at all costs” which has resulted in reps forced to sell unethically to get paid and hit their number. The company has only hit their goals twice since 2023, despite this numbers continue to climb (layoffs seem inevitable at some point soon). There used to be a clear vision and direction, now I couldn’t tell you what the direction this company is headed, but it doesn’t seem it’s going in the right one. On top that, they have gone completely big brother, every single thing you do is now tracked and monitored from opening reports, marketing tools, call metrics, etc. You feel like you’re constantly being watched. There’s other companies in the space paying more, building and maintaining culture, and listening to their employees and customers.
