Pros

Nice facilities and generally nice staff

Cons

Too many changes without proper handling and explaining the "why". The organisation is too demanding for hours of therapy without concern for the staff and their burnout. BCBA case loads are way too high as well as Clinical Director caseloads being way too high.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your kind words about our facilities and team members. Change can be challenging, especially in a growing organization, and we recognize the importance of communicating not just what is changing, but why. We are continually working to improve how we share information, gather feedback, and support our teams through periods of growth and change. We also take concerns about workload and burnout seriously. Our goal is to balance providing access to care for children and families while creating sustainable roles for our clinicians and leaders. While no organization gets this balance right 100% of the time, we regularly review caseload expectations, staffing needs, and team feedback as part of that process. We value your feedback and will certainly take a closer look at the concerns you've raised to identify opportunities for improvement. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. For any additional feedback, questions, or concerns, we encourage you to communicate with your Clinical Director, Area Director, or HR at hr@gracentcares.com.

Pros

- Supportive environment with leaders that encourage employee growth and development - Provides the tools and resources to implement behavior plans as most effective, or creates the space to voice those resources that can ease sessions and client care - Supervision at a moderate and supportive level where you do not feel insufficient, BCBAs want to see you succeed just as much as their clients. - Training and onboarding was delivered with care and organized especially for those newer in the field and are transitioning from a different field setting -Multi-disciplinary setting and enables growth and knowledge in other fields that can create more supportive care and curiosity for one's own path.

Cons

- High Productivity with Physical movement is required and can be difficult for any ongoing health concerns that limit mobility - Back to back sessions for specifically long scheduled days, can impact ones own energy or self care if not enough employee (floaters) for support - If a client cancels last minute, but the pro is staying for cancellation pay - Employee turnover, reduces support for team and client care
