We also take concerns about workload and burnout seriously. Our goal is to balance providing access to care for children and families while creating sustainable roles for our clinicians and leaders. While no organization gets this balance right 100% of the time, we regularly review caseload expectations, staffing needs, and team feedback as part of that process.
