Omlie is a consulting firm that genuinely lives its values. Putting people first is embedded in how we work with clients and how we support one another internally. The leadership team makes thoughtful investments in its team in ways that go beyond typical consulting perks. Things like commute reimbursement and Crew Connects (a small allowance to spend time together outside the office) create opportunities for meaningful connection without it ever feeling like forced fun. There is also a refreshing level of transparency around the business. Leadership regularly shares updates on strategy, long-term goals, and even how bonuses are calculated. That openness builds trust and makes you feel like you are truly part of building the company.

Like any growing company, we are continuing to evolve as we scale, but the foundation is strong. I’m grateful to be part of what we are building and excited about where Omlie is headed.
