None, I have worked part time at the agency since 2020 and have felt supported consistently. The agency genuinely cares about the outcomes for tutors and the young people it works with.

I've worked here both as a tutor (in 2016) and in the office (since 2017) as a consultant. It's a small team, so they work really hard to get to know the tutors and work with them to improve the service they provide, providing training and resources. Great connections with local independent schools but also lots of focus on trying to make tuition accessible and working with state schools as well. As an employee, lovely, warm people to work with. The team are super professional and well-informed, but also empathetic. Not stuffy or snobby like some agencies tend to be. Work-life balance is amazing, always open to adjusting schedules to make space for my other career (I job share). Can't rate them highly enough
