Pros

Unli PTO, Offs on some PH holidays, 13th month pay

Cons

First of all don't believe the positive reviews. Did you see the trend in the past 5-star reviews all in June? They are fake! Company tells their employees to leave positive reviews to push down the bad ones. Anyway, here are some of the important ones to list down: 1. Their work quality standard is not good - I feel bad for their clients not getting their money's worth. Nothing they do is unique or improves the client's accounts. When you have good suggestions, instead of being intrigued and collaborative, they turn it down immediately. And most importantly, because they'll give you probably 12-15++ clients, you'll have so much workload that you have no opportunity to stay on trend and on top of things. You'll just be a robot with low pay. They don't give pay rises at all 2. CMO is kinda racist. Had a strategy team meeting before and long story short she mentioned something along the lines "Since English isn't your first language you might have a hard time comprehending this..." ?? What was the point of mentioning that?? As if your international team members are not educated?? Hello?? This is not the only thing she's done. 3. CPO (Kim) seems nice but don't be fooled! If you open up, she doesn't listen especially when she favors other people. If you tell her you're overworked, she tells you that burnout is just on your mind, because it's what you "tell yourself" - therefore, not real. (gaslighter, right?) Also, they DO NOT PAY OT because they say "we don't tell you to OT." Lol. But you give us a bunch of work that is impossible to finish. I almost worked day and night for this job and she'd rather blame and say it's cause "I can't manage my time well." There is no support here. 4. Anything you say against their ways, they'll likely give you a PIP. Plus they're biased to their non international members. THERE'S SO MUCH MORE CONS SO PLEASE JUST SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T WORK HERE. NO MONEY IS WORTH WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE HERE.

It seems that Glassdoor has become the place for former employees to come anonymously take one last jab at their former employer. I’d prefer to ignore reviews like this, but unfortunately, I cannot, since good candidates are looking here to see what their future work experience may look like. Let me address these concerns one by one. In the “Cons” section, she states that our Glassdoor reviews are fake. Whereas we did ask our team on one occasion to leave us a review on Glassdoor if they felt comfortable doing it, they have never been coerced or persuaded to leave reviews that were not honest. Just because a review was asked for does not make it fake. We are marketers. We advise our clients to ask their clients for reviews. This reminds me that we should once again ask our team, if they feel so inclined, to leave us a review on Glassdoor. “Their work quality standard is not good.” Our work is literally award-winning. This person worked in the social media department. Yes, we know exactly who this is. We have nearly zero churn among our social media clients, and one of our clients just won “Best Social Media” at one of our industry’s largest conferences. She mentioned 12-15 clients. Most of our social media managers handle closer to 20 clients, and most have no problem keeping up with the workload. We have high performers on our team, and we’ve had low performers on our team. We rarely lose the high performers because they love working here. The low performers, not so much. She has already said she was unable to keep up with the workload (with only 12-15 clients), and she mentioned she was on a PIP. Then complained about not getting pay “rises.” It is true, we do not give raises to low performers. “CMO is kinda racist.” When you often internally cite a language barrier as one of the reasons for your poor performance, yet say the CMO is racist when bringing up the language barrier, well, that’s just petty. People are way too quick to throw around the “R” word. “CPO (Kim) seems nice but don’t be fooled!” Kim goes way above and beyond to help people fix performance issues. She mentors team members and lays out performance improvement plans rather than just firing people. Before hiring internationally, we ourselves did the work this person was doing. We know exactly how long it should take. So when someone can’t accomplish the same task in 5x the amount of time, that person is not managing their time well. “Anything you say against their ways, they’ll likely give you a PIP.” I’m not sure what this means. We give PIPs when there is a lack of performance. We welcome people to challenge our ways. That’s how innovation happens. Maybe we should have just fired her immediately instead of trying to help her with the low performance? But that’s not how we do things, and for the most part, our team members appreciate that, If you are reading this and you’re a high performer, come join the other high performers here, and you’ll very much enjoy the culture. If you’re a low performer, please take the advice of the review I’m replying to. I’ve found that high performers hate working with low performers, anyway. And I agree, this is not a fake review. It is a review from someone unable to meet our high standards; someone who takes no personal responsibility. It’s a very real review. ~ Brian Walker - Founder and CEO

Pros

This is absolutely the best TEAM in the business. We all push each other to be the best we can be, and it reflects in the work we do for our clients. The owners really care about their team.

Cons

The pace is fast, and it's not for everyone.

Pros

This place is full of ego, starting with the owners. They think they are the only ones with great value. They run the place with an iron fist. There are no pros, other than in their name. They are desperate to have anyone post positive reviews to help “offset” the negative ones.

Cons

It’s a total con-job and it’s full of “smoke and mirrors”. Too many cons to list, but I can assure you two things. 1. The reviews of love and joy and this is the best place ever are BOGUS. 2. They are all about polishing a turd. Even theirs. Anyone with a brain who disagrees or challenges ANYTHING, is put out to pasture—and they are doing nothing unique. The ROI is NOT worth the money. It’s a matter of time before they get their behind’s sued. Trust!

This review is shocking to my soul. My heart and stomach ache reading this. It is quite disturbing, and so outrageously, emotionally charged that many of us are forced to wonder if this must be a fake review. If this is truly how one of our former employees feels, my goodness, I am truly sorry. Your advice is to review and comprehend. Please know it has been read, but it is not possible to comprehend as this does not line up with anything we hear from team members. God bless you, good luck, and I truly do wish you the best. I pray you will consider reaching out to me to have a personal conversation to hear specifics of your experience here. If you were a former employee, you have my contact info, including cell phone, we are probably friends on Facebook, and connected on Instagram and/or LinkedIn. Please consider contacting me as an open & honest conversation only helps us all. - Kim Walker, Co-Owner
