Pros

Creative and energizing work with a great variety of brands and product categories -- pushes me to stay on top of packaging trends, materials, and retail requirements. Learning fast and building strong technical skills. Collaborative, hands-on team. 401k, commuter perks, and employee discounts.

Cons

Must stay organized and be willing to learn all the time

Pros

While my experience with the company itself has been horrendous, at the very least, my colleagues have been supportive. Without them, I don't think I would've lasted as long as I have.

Cons

Turnover is alarmingly high because of how horrible the work conditions here are! Employees are treated as nothing more than disposable pawns and shown zero respect. Work-life balance is awful due to brutal workloads, long hours, and tight deadlines. Management is hostile, and instead of providing support to employees, all they do us harass and bully them into meeting unreasonable demands. Employees aren't fairly compensated; the salary offered here is a lot lower compared to other companies, and the benefits are mostly useless. There isn't much room to advance here; staying here long-term isn't going to do you any favors. Overall, I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone, regardless of how desperate they are for work!
